Defense tech startup Mach Industries hits $1.8B valuation — a 4x jump in one year 22-year-old founder Ethan Thornton just closed a $300M Series C led by Infinite Capital and Ribbit Capital. The Huntington Beach-based company has five autonomous vehicles in development, 350 employees, and just won a new DoD contract.
