Storytelling Series with Robbie Crabtree | Session 3: Stage Presence & Public Speaking
Join both FounderFamilia and VCFamilia for the second session in our Storytelling Series for Investors, led by Robbie Crabtree, founder and CEO of Competitive Storytelling.
About the Session:
Public speaking plays a huge part in a founder and investor’s life. It's one of those skills that with a little bit of effort and the right guidance can be one of your strengths. The key is understanding how to bring out the best version of your authentic voice. This includes pacing, tone, volume, and musicality. When you implement these tactics and tools, you will be able to command any room and inspire the people around you.
Robbie Crabtree used these skills as a trial lawyer in 102 jury trials. He used them when he was teaching students at SMU Law School and he's trained thousands of founders on how to become a great public speaker. You'll walk away with a new belief in your own public speaking ability.
Like Maya Angelou said, "people will never forget how you made them feel." This session makes sure you leave them feeling inspired by your vision and bought into your mission.
