Panel Discussion Outlining Considerations for LatAm Companies Seeking Funding and Expanding Operations in the U.S:
About the Panel:
As the U.S. continues to serve as an attractive jurisdiction to source funding for non-U.S. start-ups, companies based in Latin America should prepare in advance for a smooth financial, legal and commercial process to access and secure investment from abroad. This panel session will be led by Morrison Foerster and feature Randy Bullard & Fredo Silva, partners at MoFo, as well as Juan Manuel Barrero, Co-founder and CEO of Lazo.
